Nothing But Thieves – Praha

Žádné jiné britské rockové kapele se nedaří v posledních letech tolik jako Nothing But Thieves. V jejich hudbě se najde prostor pro agresivní rock i citlivé popové melodie, a díky charismatu zpěváka Conora Masona do sebe vždy vše perfektně zapadá. Na své tour si je proto vybrali Muse nebo Gerard Way z My Chemical Romance. Letos v létě se chystají vydat čtvrtou desku Dead Club City. Na tu právě lákají singlem Overcome, který má dodávat odvahu: „Prostě se sebrat, naházet věci do batohu a vypadnout! Celá deska bude ideální pro někoho, koho taková představa přitahuje,“ popisují Nothing But Thieves.

Hailing from Southend-on-Sea in Essex, England, Nothing But Thieves make passionate guitar-based rock that balances indie artfulness with a pop sensibility. They have scored three Top Ten U.K. albums with 2015’s Nothing But Thieves, 2017’s Broken Machine, and 2020’s Moral Panic. They followed the latter’s success with a sequel EP, Moral Panic II, and in 2023 they issued the full-length Dead Club City.
