DESCRIPTION: Jonathan Roy – zpěvák\, skladatel a syn slavného kanadského hokejisty Patricka Roye – se vrací do Prahy po svém vyprodaném debutu!\n\nOd třinácti let psal poezii\, v sedmnácti začal hrát hokej\, ale nakonec u něho zvítězila hudba. První album vydal už v roce 2009 a i přesto\, že bylo úspěšné\, definitivně prorazit se mu podařilo až o osm let později s deskou Mr. Optimist Blues\, na které najdeme i známý hit Beautiful Day. Od svěžího popového zvuku se však Jonathan ve své další tvorbě odvrátil a vsadil na silné a emotivní písně. Tak vzniklo album My Lullaby\, jehož akustické verze singlů získaly k dnešnímu dni přes 130 milionů zhlédnutí.\nJeho zatím poslední album Life Distortions vyšlo letos a Jonathan na něm spolupracoval například s producenty Tee (Drake\, Alessia Cara) nebo Stevie Aiello (Thirty Seconds to Mars\, Of Mice & Men). „Je to alternativní\, psychedelické\, popové i písničkářské. Zvláštní a zároveň cool\,“ láká zpěvák.\n\n Vstupenky na pražský koncert jsou právě v prodeji v síti GoOut.\n—\n Jonathan Roy – singer\, songwriter and son of the famous Canadian hockey player Patrick Roy – returns to Prague after his sold-out debut!\n\nHe wrote poetry from the age of thirteen\, started playing hockey at seventeen\, but in the end he chose music. He released his first album in 2009\, and even though it was successful\, he finally managed to break through eight years later with the album Mr. Optimist Blues\, on which we also find the well-known hit Beautiful Day. However\, Jonathan turned away from the fresh pop sound in his next work and went for strong and emotional songs. Hvězdný projekt\, který tvoří členové legendárních Radiohead Thom Yorke a Jonny Greenwood společně s Tomem Skinnerem – bubeníkem jazzových Sons of Kemet\, přijede 12. 6. 2024 do Fora Karlín.\n\nNa scénu vstoupili v roce 2022 svým debutem A Light for Attracting Attention\, po kterém následovaly turné po Evropě a Severní Americe. Album\, které žánrově mixovalo prvky rocku\, post-punku a elektroniky\, bylo kritiky i posluchači přijato velmi pozitivně a objevilo se v mnoha žebříčcích nejlepších nahrávek roku 2022.Do Prahy přivezou kromě předešlé nahrávky i očekávané druhé album Wall Of Eyes\, které vyjde 26. ledna pod labelem XL Recordings. DESCRIPTION: Po více jak třinácti letech působení zavítají Royal Blood konečně do ČR odehrát svůj první sólový koncert!\n Kapela pocházející z britského Worthingu vznikla v roce 2011 a téměř od samého začátku byla založená na dlouholetém přátelství hudebníků Mikea Kerra (zpěv\, baskytara) a Bena Thatchera (bicí). Po vydání debutového alba se do té doby neznámý projekt dostal téměř přes noc do čela žebříčků britských hitparád\, zahrál si na pódiích festivalů jako Glastonbury nebo Rock Werchter a v neposlední řadě získal nominaci na prestižní Mercury Prize a ocenění Brit Awards za Nejlepší britskou kapelu roku 2015.\nJejich zvuk se dá přirovnat ke kapelám jako The White Stripes nebo Muse\, se kterými v loňském roce odehráli Royal Blood turné. Kombinaci baskytary a bicích originálně podtrhuje Kerrův typický styl\, kdy jeho baskytara zní díky efektům zároveň jako elektrická kytara. Ačkoliv jde pouze o duo\, naživo dokáže tato dnes již ikonická kapela předvést strhující a energickou show.\n Vstupenky na pražský koncert budou v prodeji v síti GoOut od 2. února od 10:00.\nKoncert organizuje Charmenko Czechia.\n—\n After more than thirteen years of career\, Royal Blood will finally come to Czechia to play their first solo concert!\n The band from Worthing\, UK was formed in 2011 and almost from the very beginning was based on the long-term friendship of musicians Mike Kerr (vocals\, bass guitar) and Ben Thatcher (drums). After the release of their debut album\, the until then unknown project reached the top of the British charts almost overnight\, played on the stages of festivals such as Glastonbury and Rock Werchter and\, last but not least\, received a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Prize and won the Brit Awards for Best British Band of 2015.\nTheir sound can be compared to bands like The White Stripes or Muse\, with whom they toured last year. The combination of bass guitar and drums is originally emphasized by Kerr’s typical style\, where his bass guitar sounds also like an electric guitar thanks to the effects.
